The A New Me 5.0 program

Sustainable weight loss rooted in science.

Move beyond traditional dieting. GLP-1 medications work with the hormones that regulate appetite and fullness, which is why so many patients describe the constant background food noise finally going quiet.

At NAM Atunbi, medication is one part of a plan built around your history, your labs, and your goals, with a nurse practitioner who adjusts it as your body responds. It is not an injection and a goodbye.

Metabolic reset

Your plan starts from your health history, current medications, and labs, so treatment fits how your metabolism is working right now.

Appetite regulation

GLP-1 therapy helps regulate hunger and fullness signals, so a smaller plate can feel like enough instead of a daily fight.

Body composition, not just the scale

Follow-up visits look for steady, sustainable change, with attention to keeping lean muscle while the weight comes off.

Individual results vary. Medication is prescribed only when it is clinically appropriate for you.

How it works

Three steps from intake to a plan you understand.

No insurance calls, no referral chain, no waiting room. You book online, meet your nurse practitioner, and leave knowing what your plan and your price are.

Comprehensive clinical intake

Complete a secure online health profile and book a private virtual consultation. Your history, medications, goals, and any recent labs are reviewed one-on-one.

A protocol designed around you

If a GLP-1 plan is appropriate, you get one built around your biomarkers and goals: which medication, what starting dose, and exactly what it costs before you commit.

Delivered to your door, with ongoing support

Your prescribed therapy ships directly to you. Follow-up visits review progress and adjust your dose, with practitioner-grade supplements available through Fullscript.

A New Me 5.0 plan pricing

GLP-1 pricing, published in full.

Most telehealth weight loss sites make you book before they tell you what it costs. These are the program prices as listed. Your medication and dose are confirmed with the nurse practitioner during your assessment.

Midlife and menopause weight changes

If the weight started changing and nothing you used to do is working.

Perimenopause and menopause change how the body stores fat, uses energy, sleeps, and recovers. That is a metabolic and hormonal shift, not a willpower problem, and it is a common reason the approach that worked at 35 stops working at 48.

  • Weight settling around the middle even though your habits have not changed
  • Diets and step counts that used to work and now do very little
  • Broken sleep, low energy, and appetite that feels harder to read
  • Being told the number on the scale is normal for your age and left there

Who you will be talking to

Anah Williams-Martin, ARNP, MSN, FNP-C

Anah is a board certified family nurse practitioner with nearly two decades of clinical experience, and she is the person you meet on every visit. There is no rotating panel of providers here and no chatbot standing in for an assessment.

Her approach starts with the whole picture: nutrition, sleep, stress, labs, and the hormonal changes that shift what a body does with food and energy. Medication is one part of the plan rather than the entire plan.

Why NAM Atunbi exists

Anah co-founded her practice in 2025 with Neil Armstrong Martin, MBA, BSc in Healthcare Management, to make careful, unhurried care reachable from home. NAM Atunbi is its dedicated home for GLP-1 weight loss: one program, one provider, and a plan you can see from the first visit.

Before you book

The questions patients ask first.

If something here is not covered, call and ask before you pay for anything.

Do I need insurance to be seen?

No. NAM Atunbi is self-pay, and the prices on this page are the prices you pay. There is no claim to file and no deductible to meet first. FSA and HSA cards are accepted.

What happens in the first visit?

A private virtual visit with Anah covering your health history, current medications, weight history, goals, and any recent labs. It is an assessment, which means the outcome may be a GLP-1 plan, a recommendation to get labs first, or a referral if what you need sits outside telehealth.

Am I going to qualify for a GLP-1 plan?

That is exactly what the assessment determines, and it cannot be answered honestly before one. Medication is prescribed only when it is clinically appropriate for you. If it is not the right fit, Anah will tell you that and talk through what else is worth trying.

Are compounded GLP-1 medications the same as brand-name ones?

No. Compounded medications are prepared by a compounding pharmacy for an individual prescription. They are not FDA-approved brand-name products, and the FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed. Anah will walk through your options and whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you.

How does my medication get to me?

If a plan is prescribed, your medication is dispensed and shipped directly to your door. Anah explains how to take it and what to expect, and follow-up visits are there to check progress and adjust your dose.

Can this help with menopause weight gain?

Weight and metabolic changes during perimenopause and menopause are a core focus of the weight loss consultation, and the hormonal context is part of the conversation rather than an afterthought. NAM Atunbi does not prescribe hormone replacement therapy, so if HRT is what you are looking for, you will be pointed toward the right kind of provider.

What if I have an emergency?

Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you are having chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke, or any other medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Ready when you are

Book your initial consultation and get a straight answer.

You will know whether a GLP-1 plan is appropriate for you, what it looks like, and what it costs, all in one visit with the nurse practitioner.

Not sure where to start?

Ask first, then book with confidence.
