Who can use these services
Telehealth services are available to adults 18 and older who are located in Florida at the time of their visit.
Not for emergencies
Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Assessment and prescriptions
- Every treatment plan begins with an individualized clinical evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider.
- Medication is prescribed only when the provider determines it is clinically appropriate. Booking a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
- Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Compounded medications
Compounded medications are prepared by a compounding pharmacy for an individual prescription. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed. Your provider will explain your options before treatment begins.
Pricing and payment
Services are self-pay. Prices shown on this website are current program prices and may change. A higher dosage is subject to a higher rate, and final pricing is confirmed with you before treatment begins. FSA and HSA cards are accepted.
Third-party services
Booking pages and the Fullscript supplement store are provided by third parties under their own terms. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
